Event Registration Deadline

We at GSWCF must honor our registration deadlines in order to give our event managers their requested time to coordinate the event as well as work with our partners to ensure our girls have an amazing time.

Please note that all of our events close two weeks before the event date and 3 weeks before any sleepovers. Some special circumstances will allow event registration deadlines to be extended past the two-week deadline.
